Why Macrometa Community Slack?

The Macrometa Community Slack is not replacing our existing world-class technical support. Any urgent issues should still be directed to our support team, and we can help you out.

The Community Slack is for Macrometa users to engage with each other and with some of us at Macrometa. I’m hoping it will come to be a place where our community helps each other solve problems and share best practices.

Of course, any actual problems with the product are for Macrometa to fix, but sometimes you just “get stuck” trying to implement something and benefit from a fresh perspective. In the Macrometa community Slack, we hope you will find that fresh perspective. It’s also a place for the Macrometa community to just “hang out” and get to know each other. I hope to see you there!
